My name is Zac Newbell, and I am the founder and Head of Athletic Performance and Personal Training at Zone 10 Performance. With a deep passion for sports and fitness, I have been dedicated to training athletes since 2016. My goal is to help athletes of all levels, as well as the general population, identify their true abilities through high-quality, detailed, and progressive training strategies.
I have earned two college degrees, one in Kinesiology and the other in Recreation Sports Management. Additionally, I am NASM certified with a specialization in Sports Performance Enhancement (P.E.S). My academic journey was complemented by my experiences as a collegiate athlete at both Kilgore College and Henderson State University, where I graduated with a 3.5 GPA.
